Nicole Lockwood
Chairman
Nicole is an experienced executive, with over 20 years working in law, government and consulting including 15 years of board experience on government, corporate and not-for-profit boards. Her background in infrastructure, economic development and community engagement provides her with a unique insight into the complexity of planning and delivering large economic and infrastructure projects in an environment of ever-changing social expectations.
Chairing a carbon capture and utilisation start-up, the Meshpoints Innovation Society Stewards and as a Venture Partner of Purpose Ventures, (WA’s first Early Stage Venture Captial Fund focussed on WA start-ups), Nicole is an active player in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. With an extensive network in government and industry she is a transition broker focussed on embracing the challenges and opportunities of climate change and digital disruption
Nicole is the Chair of Infrastructure WA, the Malka Foundation and Airbridge, Deputy Chair of the Green Building Council of Australia and member of the Boards of NBN, and the Child and Adolescent Health Service.
